A private UHNW household in New York City is seeking an experienced and dependable Household Cleaner to maintain its residences to an exceptional standard. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, discreet, and comfortable working under the direction of a Senior Housekeeper. The role will begin in Chelsea and later transition to a new residence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other household spaces.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, flooring, rugs, and upholstery.
  • Clean bathrooms, including showers, tubs, toilets, mirrors, fixtures, drawers, and medicine cabinets.
  • Maintain the kitchen, including appliances, counters, cabinets, backsplash, sink, and floors.
  • Clean interior windows, tracks, baseboards, vents, and other detailed areas as scheduled.
  • Assist with deep-cleaning projects, cabinet interiors, closets, and storage areas.
  • Launder towels, linens, and bedding as directed.
  • Empty trash, restock household supplies, and maintain organized cleaning areas.
  • Use approved products and separate cloths to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Report damage, maintenance concerns, and low supplies to the Senior Housekeeper.
  • Follow all household cleaning protocols and instructions from the Senior Housekeeper.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of professional cleaning experience in a private household, luxury residence, or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of detailed cleaning methods, sanitation practices, and proper product usage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Comfortable taking direction and working under the supervision of a Senior Housekeeper.
  • Punctual, dependable, organized, and consistent.
  • Professional, friendly, discreet, and trustworthy.
  • Able to adapt quickly to a new residence and working environment
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong professional references.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
